Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
As the product is a downloadable software product in the form of a PDF, refunds are only offered if the software download fails and you have not received your book, or the book PDF is not openable or readable.
Payments are made through the Paypal platform only. We cannot be held responsible for Paypal payment holds, or any payment concerns relating to Paypal.
